About Superior Structures (for Builders)

Superior Structures aims to be like a Guild for High-End builders in Second Life. I am trying to group the best of you together to find more business for all of you. The idea of this group is really to Showcase your work and put it with others who have excellent work, hopefully supporting each other by associating your name with Quality.

I aim for high exposure aiming at private estate market places, individuals who would like to sell your work and individuals who otherwise think their market place is particularly suited to what you sell. I am going to be proactive in locating these locations and people and cultivating them such that you are shown in the best possible places to the people who are most looking for your work.

I have a group set up called "Superior Structures" that you are welcome to join, just ask me for an invitation. This group is free to join. The purpose of this group is to connect affiliates, buyers, and of course you, the builders.I am planning to keep a blog of new individuals within our group on a web page, and to keep that web page up to date with new locations where we are located, and new affiliates who are trying to sell your work. I plan to have information about you and your work both on my website, and in my direct outlets. I cannot promise that other affiliates will post this information, but it should be available for anyone who searches for "Superior Structures." If you plan to join us, please send me a note card with anything you would like known about you as a Builder such as your teleport location, your company logo, whether or not you do custom work, and what type of work you specialize in.

If you choose to join us, you will need to put your items into MetaLIFE and put them in an item group which you will then assign to the Superior Structures Brand (Please let me know if you want more information on how to complete these steps - You will need to request to join Superior Structures - I will have to approve you on the MetaLIFE site to complete this step.). Any items that sell directly from our vendors will provide you with 80% of their revenue, the other 20% will be split between MetaLIFE, Superior Structures, and any affiliate selling Superior Structures. You will always have complete control over what items are being sold in our vendors at any time. Even if you sell other work at the MetaLIFE website for yourself, you are welcome to highlight whatever you feel would bring people to your shop such as top sellers or new releases.

If you believe you know other high quality builders who you think would be an asset to this group, please let me know. I am actively seeking to bring them in. I will, however, be very selective about who joins this group. If you send me, for example, an individual who does not have a shop in world, who has not developed visible builds that our clients can see and examine for quality, they will not be considered. We want to maintain the level of work that you are capable of, and see only the best names with yours.

If you have any ideas on how I can improve what you see here, please let me know. I am always open to suggestions. Feel free to approach me at any time if the idea interests you either now or in the future. I promise I will not try to talk you into anything you don't want. :)
